We are very sorry to hear about the onerous new AB 1263 that took effect on 01/01/2026. Due to its requirements to force real time buyer age and identity verification upon purchase, as well as require identity check at time of receipt of the order, we are both unable and unwilling to comply. This is a significant government overreach as well as an invasion of your privacy. Further, as a very small company, we would be unable to implement all of these new requirements specific to CA orders. Effective NOON EST 12/31/2025, we will no longer process or ship ANY orders for California - THIS INCLUDES DEALERS, SHOPS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.
