    Slotted is where it's at!

Forget the hexhead fad and put some grips screws on that you'll actually have a way to tighten up. These are the best made grip screws I've found. And the fact that you can tighten them with the rim of a 45ACP case is a huge plus since you shouldn't have a 1911 without a 45 case! They also get and stay tighter than any other grip screws I've found.

    Great Grip Screws!

Great machining, strong threads, great replacements on all my Springfields and Les Baer S.R.P. I tried one set and was instantly hooked. All my standard grip thickness 1911's now wear these. Very happy with all the screw sets I have purchased, even the stainless ones brought a whole new look to my SS TRP Tactical and with the 10-8 Gen2 SS slide stop on that pistol, it came together nicely.

    Realist

These are terrific, no more Allen Keys for me!

    Overlooked, Understated

Grip screws are another one of those parts often overlooked. the 10-8 offerings here add simplicity and value and remove the need to keep up with that pesky allen head key or worse, torx key. Most of us have a flat head screw driver somewhere, or even better, a .45acp cartridge... Cheap Insurance, well executed, work perfectly with 10-8 grip screw bushings.

    Beautiful machining

Really nice screws, will dress up any gun. You wouldn't think plain old screws could be so nice.

The best grip screw I have ever used.

I first saw these over a year ago and I had a G10 type grip pad on my Les Baer. You have to keep those grips tight or the G10 acts like sand paper an it will take off the bluing. Finally they got them in and I needed an armorer tool and some of the 10-8 lubricant so I bought the screws. I have 9 1911 and I was so happy to finally try the screw. I had my fill of Torx screw stripping the torx or Allen head screws on my Kimber and I broke two screws because you can get to much torque with an Allen head wrench. So now I finally got the screws and I loved them. The problem was it was going to cost me over $110 just for the screws not including shipping . But after having them on one gun at a time and Like the les Baer you have to take off the grips to get the MSH pin out. So you are taking these screws out the most and they nevem marred and kept their shine. I just ordered my last set I needed for my Kimber and all of my guns will have grip screws that will last a life time and look good. So it was a lot of $$ for grip screws. But it is a one time investment to do that many guns. To me it was well worth it. I would recomend these to anyone that takes care of thir guns and takes them apart to do a good cleaning.

A nice addition to the 1911

I now have these on my 2 1911's and will install them on any further additions. A nice looking and functional addition

    never going back

I decided that I was tired of breaking out the Torx driver every time I wanted to clean up my EDC/IDPA gun. These are the best fitted and functional screws I've used in a handgun. I plan on ordering more for the others so they don't feel jealous.

Best Grip Screws that I have used.

These Screws are my favorite ones to use on all my 1911's, because I like the idea of being able to take them off or tightening them up while in the field with no tools. Also knowing that they are built right with no worries of them breaking that easy, just makes more of a reason to use them on all your guns. They look good too!
