Best grip screws
These are the best grip screws you can get for your 1911 period. They’re enlarged enough to use a regular flat head and allow you to use a casing to tighten them with.

Grip Screws, GI Pattern, set of 4, blue
These are the ONLY screws I'll use on my 1911's!

Recent orders
As usual, 10-8 products are the best! I always replace grip screws on new 1911's with these from 10-8.

10-8 grip screws, blue
A wholly underrated, underappreciated product. Despite the whiz bang cool factor of Torx and Allen screws for some applications, Hilton is correct in his statement that John Browning got it right the first time with his pattern of grip screw, slotted and contoured so that the cartridge case can be used to tighten or remove when needed, with little risk of damaging the screw bushings beneath, too. A top notch product and one of the first things I'd replace on any 1911 that did not come with them.

Grip screws
Replaced my old grips and screws. All good.

Grip screws
These don't easily scratch like most other brands, and the finish is beautifully done

Grip panel screws
Screws are the proper dimensions. Prefer size of the slot recess, allowing the use of a casing to tighten the panels if necessary.

Grip screws G.I. Pattern
Exactly what my 1911 needed. High quality screws. No more cheap, easily stripped Allen or Torx. The ability to tighten with a cartridge case is really convenient and as the design intended. As alway superior products and excellent service @10-8 Performance. Thanks!

Best screws on the market
Well finished and the Machining is excellent, very happy customer here and you'd be surprised how handy it is to be able to use a spent brass case to tighten them up.
