Description
Our flat head grip screws are made to the original GI print, and have a concave slot profile to allow the use of a cartridge rim as a field expedient screwdriver. Set of 4.
Prehardened carbon steel bar stock with blued finish. For standard GI thickness grip panels, do not fit thin grips unless shortened.

1911 slotted grip screws
I just installed the slotted grip screws I ordered and they’re fantastic. The price was right, the shipping was fast and reasonable, and the quality is outstanding. I’m very pleased with them. One thing I was especially pleased with was the quality of the black coating. I expected them to do like so many other screws I’ve seen, and the black scratch off as soon as a screwdriver was put in the slot. But not these screws. You can’t even tell they’ve seen a screwdriver. 10 out of 10!

These are the only recent production screws I have found made to the original print for no tool disassembly. Must have for resto-mods.
