***Update 02/05/2024: We are no longer able to get restock on the physical DVD. However, my Patreon's "Charlie" Tier (CLICK HERE) has a year long 1911 build class which covers all these same topics. The archived recordings are available to stream for Charlie Tier members, and a one month subscription is just $19.11....less than the cost of this DVD set. You'll also get access to all of my most current 1911 projects and instruction there.
***Because everyone seems to ask, NO, this DVD is not available as a free gift or for streaming or in any other format on the Patreon. As far as I am concerned, it's out of print and my updated training is on Patreon. Hope this helps.
OUT OF PRINT. In this video I cover how to take your stock 1911 and tune it for maximum performance, whether you want to use one for duty, CCW, defense training, or competition. Watch as I take a stock Springfield Armory 1911, tune all aspects of the fit and function, and fit Wilson Combat and 10-8 Performance parts. For best results, you should already be familiar with the 1911 and have a good working knowledge of using hand tools. 3 DVD set.
ReviewsE.R.CarpPurchased Tune Your 1911 from 10-8 Performance. A well produced video that shows in detail how to dismantle, tune, upgrade and reassemble the 1911 platform. Money well spent.John Olson

1911 DVDHey man it's a present> I gave it to my wife and she will wrap it and give it to me for Christmas. Perfectly normal. I'm sure it is professionally done and delivered by a knowledgeable armorer. What more could one man want. I get what I wanted for Christmas and you get a thumbs up!!!!!Tom Nelson
1911 Duty TuneExcellent informative video. It was broken down into chapters that made finding specific info easy. The material is presented in a enjoyable easy to understand manner. I highly recommend this series to anybody with a 1911.Andrew
VideoExcellent video which won't make you Hilton or Jason Burton but it will make you more knowledgeable about is/isn't happening in your 1911. Highly recommended tho I do wish the "close ups" were more close up with maybe some added graphics in post production pointing out what we're supposed to be looking for. Still - great video at an awesome price.Harold
1911 Duty Tune DVD’sVery much worth the money and your time. Even if you have no intent to do any of the work that Hilton demonstrates during the video yourself, you will benefit from viewing this set for familiarization and expanding your knowledge of the 1911 platform. If nothing else, you will get a much better appreciation for the “tuning” process and learn what some of your preferences might be for future projects.J. Hughes
1911 Duty Tune DVD setMoney well spent. The tuning process is presented in a very clear and concise manner. Mr. Yam is definitely the Bob Ross the 1911 world.Paul
1911 Duty Tune DVDWell made and thorough. Hilton brings an extensive amount of knowledge and experience to the tuning of the 1911, with some humor and sarcasm. Well worth the price of admission.Rocky Lindgren
Hilton's my son's favorite TV starThe information and knowledge you'll get from this video is tremendous and I know it gave me the confidence to do some great work on my 1911s. It also gave me even something better than I that. Not long after my second son was born he got very sick, couldn't sleep for 2 days except to drop from exhaustion and the only thing he enjoyed was listening to this DVD series. I don't know why but I decided to put it on to try to stay awake and we both ended up falling asleep. Even when he got to feeling better putting this DVD on help to relax him. Thanks a bunch of Hilton, the information is terrific and this DVD series actually helped my family through a tough time.Victor D Keppler
Three DVD Set, 1911 Duty TuneThis is a great set of DVD's that go further into detail work on the 1911 than I'm willing to do, but I wanted to know those details, as well as the basic duty tune. I learned a lot by the time I got through just the first few chapters of the first disc.
