1911 Dovetail Front Sight, .330" x .075" x 65 degree dovetail (aka "Novak Lo Mount" spec). Machined from pre hardened 4140 bar stock for superior toughness. Black oxide finish. Accepts .060 fiber optic rod, with .075" recessed inset at blade ends for flared ends of fiber. Drilled with vertical through hole for installation of .060" roll pin if desired.

**Many popular 1911 brands use this dovetail, but you will want to contact the manufacturer to be sure what dovetail is on your slide. This dovetail is specifically NOT compatible with Kimber and Springfield Armory 1911's.

***Due to manufacturing tolerances by our fiber optic supplier, there may be slight variation in the diameter of the fiber optic rod. Use a razor blade or X-Acto knife at 90 degrees to the rod and gently scrape the outside diameter a little bit and it will fit right in without any compromise to the function.
