Blackhawk T Series QLS Adapter

Black hard anodized CNC machined 6061 aluminum adapter allows you to mount your Blackhawk T Series holster to a Safariland QLS fork for integration into your existing duty belt and other accessories. Installation is simple and uses existing screws from the holster and QLS fork kit. Thickness: .220".

Installation instructions (see photo gallery):

  1. Remove 3 large Phillips head screws from back of Blackhawk belt hanger.
  2. Place adapter onto holster with 10-8 lettering facing away from holster.
  3. Install 3 Phillips head screws from holster. If you are OCD, 10 in/lbs is appropriate.
  4. Take the 1/2" screws from the QLS kit and screw the QLS fork onto the adapter. Again for the OCD types, 10 in/lbs is appropriate.

**Not compatible with hole spacing on Blackhawk Omnivore or SERPA holsters.

    Much needed

    I recently transitioned to carrying my Staccato XC on duty. I really wanted to keep my safariland rig attachement to my belt. This product allowed me to attach my t series holster to my safariland set up effectively. Thanks!!

    Great solution

    As others have already mentioned a great way to mount a QLS to a T-Series Blackhawk holster. In my case mounted to aTrueNorth leg shroud. I was surprised how precise the machining was done. The posts that the 10-8 adapter mounts to before securing with screws actually snapped into place…zero slop or play. Well designed and executed.

    Great adapter

    This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I carry a G45 with a TLR light and have had trouble finding a holster in my budget. This adapter made it EASY to mount a Safariland QLS to my Blackhawk T-Series holster and now I have the holster setup I was looking for! The adapter is well made, 10-8 is great to deal with, the order was shipped expeditiously, so I’ve got nothing negative to say about it!

    Blackhawk T series QLS adapter

    Works like a charm. I'm an academy instructor and we just switched over to the Blackhawk T series holsters for our new recruits. However, most of the in-service classes classes are still using one version or another of Safariland ALS holsters. Since I already had the set-up for using the QLS system due to the use of different firearms, the adapter allows me to continue using my standard rig without having to set up another completely seperate one for the Blacckhawk.

    Blackhawk QLS adapter review

    The product goes together perfectly as designed, however and not to the fault of the design, it doesn’t fit together perfectly when using a QLS with a True North modular leg adapter. Again, this has nothing to do with this design as it works well as designed. This should just be a caveat to those running one of those on let’s say a GBRS belt or Ferro Concepts, but it is to note that it still works as designed it just may play with your OCD haha.
