Description
Our 1911/2011 Mainspring Housing (MSH) Pin Tool features a robust and compact all steel design with a punch long enough to reach all the way through a 2011 grip module to drive the MSH pin out, even on guns with mag wells installed. Also works perfectly on 1911 single stack frames.

A "must-have" for any 1911 owner/shooter...
The MSH Pin Tool from 10-8 Performance is an excellent armorer's tool for any 1911 owner. No more fumbling around looking for a punch or similar item that may damage your 1911/2011 frame when you can have a great dedicated tool that will assist in (proper) maintenance & troubleshooting. A solid, high quality 1911 tool that can't be recommended enough. Bravo Zulu!

Great, almost perfect
Extremely useful tool for driving out your MSH pin and/or use as a place holder when doing work which requires frequent removing and installing your MSH. My only suggestion for improvement is to size the diameter down just slightly. It’s difficult to install and remove.

Nice tool. Works as it should and great for trigger tunes and troubleshooting.

Mainspring housing tool
Great tool, sturdy, does what it is supposed to do. It takes up a lot less room in my toolbox than the other one I have with a screwdriver handle on it. It is versatile too, I also use it to knock the pins out of my Remington 870 shotgun for trigger group removal.

Very handy
Really handy tool that works as advertised and as an added bonus helps you prop up your gun for trigger work... if you purchase the duty tune DVD you'll know what I mean by that. Took one star off though because the fitment was a little tight but I'll admit that could be because of the gun I used it on, haven't taking the rest of my 1911's down yet so it might fit perfectly in those

Convenient Bench tool
Helps repeated assembly/disassembly during fitting. I like not needing to get out the hammer for simple stripping.
