Trigger, 1911

Trigger, 1911

$24.75

Features a solid aluminum shoe with a serrated face in bead blasted natural finish, a full width stainless steel bow, and a fixed stainless steel overtravel stop permanently mounted from the rear of the shoe. This trigger eliminates all issues associated with loose overtravel screws -- no staking, Loctite, or other end user monitoring is necessary. Once the overtravel is set, it is good to go for the life of the trigger.

Our flat trigger has become one of our trademarks, and brings this competition tested concept into a duty ready design. The shoe features a flat face, providing consistent trigger feel no matter where you engage the trigger. The length of pull is the same as the shortest point on a traditional "long" curved trigger.

Available in long/flat only.

The triggers are oversized and will require gunsmith fitting. Please note that the rear mounted overtravel stop is NOT a screw - it is not meant to turn and should be filed to provide the necessary overtravel length.

Compatible with all single stack 1911 pattern pistols.

    Flat Trigger

Great trigger; if you aren't sure how to fit this (or any other part), pair this with the duty tune DVD.

    1911 Flat Trigger

Worth the price and then some. Makes my duty 1911 look better as well as I feel I have more room in the trigger guard

    Flat trigger

This is my second purchase of these triggers, I have small hands and short fingers, these really improve my trigger control. the triggers fit just great, minor fitting required occasionally. I would recommend and buy them again.

    Good to Go

I just received and installed my flat trigger. No fitting was needed for my Springfield Operator in this case. Trigger is of high quality and met my expectations.

    Gotta have it

I have one of these on each of my every day carry 1911 I own. Forgiving on finger placement. Can't say enough good things about this trigger.

    1911 Flat Trigger

Love this trigger. I've been shooting flat AR triggers for years and can't explain why I waited to convert my pistol. Switched to 10-8 sights at the same time and truly looking forward to the competition circuit this summer.

    A legit trigger

I've got this trigger on all 4 of my 1911s and their feel and performance is LEGIT. No issues and a simple modification with very minimal 'gunsmithing'. Besides minor filing to fit into the frame, You can buff and mirror polish the side to get the action that extra bit smoother. The only thing to make this trigger better is if was fully customizable and had the ability to take up slack adjustment.

    1911 Flat trigger

Fell in place, no filing sanding or anything. Fit perfectly, nice. Will definitely buy another one.

    my new favorite trigger

I have had this trigger in my EDC 1911 for about 6 months now, and it is the best trigger I have found. I prefer the flat trigger as it makes the trigger pull feel like it lasts about 1/16" long! I have bought a few more of these since, and have them in almost all my 1911s now. Highly recommended. Thank you, 10-8!

    Flatty Trigger

A nice trigger at a good price. I had tried flat triggers on Sig Sauer 1911's and liked how they always feel the same weight no matter where the finger is placed. I had commented on how I wanted it in black but honestly it wouldn't have mattered. I had to file all four edges of the shoe to get it to slide through on my O1991. Not really that unusual in the 1911 aftermarket game. Despite that, it's at a good price point and I love the concealed overtravel stop (c'mon guys, filing the stop ain't hard, and they tell you that upfront) and shipping was prompt. So for this short fingered guy it gets the nod.
