Dovetail front sight for Kimber 1911. Our 1911 front sights are made from hardened 4140 bar stock for improved durability. They feature a narrowed front section to provide a clean sight picture even if the forward part of the blade is dinged up or dirty. Blade width is .125", with a 40lpi serrated front face.

User installable (with some hand fitting), no machining required. Compatible with all Kimber 1911 models, and is the suggested front sight to accompany our rear sight. You will want to measure your existing front sight to determine height compatibility with your existing gun.

Brass bead version has .075" diameter, domed, polished face. Black oxide finish blade, .200" height.

Tritium version has .075" diameter, green, plain without white outline. Black oxide finish blade, .200" height.
