Please wait...The 10-8 Performance rear sight is precision CNC machined from heat treated 4140 bar stock to better resist the nicking and denting that is typical with the wear and tear of daily carry. All 10-8 sights feature a U notch for rapid, intuitive alignment with dot such as on our tritium insert, brass bead, and fiber optic front sights. The rear face is serrated at 40 lpi to reduce glare in varied lighting conditions. The sight blade is thick enough to allow setting in tritium vials as dots or bars if one so chooses, but we recommend leaving them without inserts in order to draw the eye toward the front sight. The sight body is contoured and dehorned for comfortable handling and carry. All rear sights feature a plain black blade finished in matte black oxide.
The rear sights are available with different width rear U notches to suit user needs. If you would like a slightly greater amount of light on either side of the front sight, the .140" is by far and away our most popular choice. The .140" provides an excellent compromise - improved speed and visibility, without perceived loss of accuracy. The .156” is a very fast notch width, and is also the choice for use with XS Dot sights. *The XS Standard Dot sight, approximately .200” tall, is a little bit low for our Glock rear sight, and users tell us they like to align the center of the dot with the top of the rear sight.
Our rear sights are compatible with any aftermarket front sight of .215”-.250” height and width similar or less than the rear notch. They are not compatible in elevation or notch width with the Glock/Trijicon/TruDot/Meprolight factory front sights, which are too low.
User installation instructions included. Front and rear sights will fit all Glock models.
SOME IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT GLOCK SIGHTS:
Factory Glocks tend to shoot anywhere from 2-4" high at 25 yards, usually necessitating the use of a 6 o'clock hold when shooting bullseye and other small targets. Keep in mind that if you lined up 20 Glocks, all of the same model and caliber, not every single one would shoot to the same point of impact with a given set of sights. Glock makes a number of different height rear sights to accommodate the inherent variations in points of impact. With this in mind, an aftermarket front/rear set with a standardized height for all models - such as the one we've been selling for a few years now - can only provide an approximate elevation setting for any particular gun.
The .215" height is the most commonly used of our front sight heights, and typically provides a point of impact from 0 to approximately 2" high at 25 yards. Results will vary with individual pistols. The .235" height front sight lowers point of impact approximately 2-3" at 25 yds from the .215" tall front sight, and the .250" height lowers the point of impact approximately 3.5-5" at 25 yds, depending on your model's sight radius. One inch of elevation change at 25 yards equates to approximately .007" of front sight height. We do not recommend sighting in your pistol at any distance closer than 25 yards, as the amount of possible error generated by sighting in at shorter distances will create issues when you shoot at longer ranges.
So how are you supposed to know what to put on the front of your gun to match the rear sight you got from us? Currently the simplest answer is to leave your existing front sight in place, shoot it at 25 yards with your new 10-8 rear in place and print a group for elevation. Measure your existing front sight, and using the .007" of front sight = 1" at 25 yards equation (I know, no one said there'd be math...), figure out how much taller or shorter you need to go. Everyone tends to like or accept different elevations, which further compounds the difficulty in preselecting a front sight. I like my guns to shoot about .5" to 1" high at 25 yards so that I can see the point of impact over the tip of my front sight blade. You can also use our Glock Sight In Tool, a plastic one-use sight blade, to sight your pistol in by filing the front sight height to fit. Once sighted in, remove the Sight In Tool, measure it, then order the correct front sight.
Lastly, once a sight has been installed, understand that we can't accept it back as a return. Once the sight has been installed, it can no longer be resold, so it would go on the scrap pile. However, we want you to be happy with your 10-8 sight set, so we will work with you on getting set up properly. Please contact us for a discounted price on additional front sights if your initial purchase does not provide the desired point of impact.

I just installed on my Glock 30. Awesome product much better than stock rear sight. I would highly recommend. I plan on putting one on my Glock 23.

The 10-8 sights are a great value and work like a charm on my Glock 19. I would highly recommend the 10-8 rear sight to anyone shopping for new Glock sights. You will not be disappointed with them.

Just installed the 10-8 Performance .156 width notch on my Glock 19. I love how the front sight just fits quickly in the notch. I also love the durability of the sight, got rid of the plastic! Ability to rack slide for one-handed manipulations is a key feature for a combat gun. Easy install, mine did not require any filing! Get one, you won't be disappointed!

My eyes are not what they used to be and the 10-8 rear with .156" wide notch paied with a 10-8 tritium frint sits on my Glock 21 SF. It is fast to acquire, allows enough light space to really see the front sight, and is wide enough to find the tritium in darkness also. This is my preferred notch width now.
